Featured Approach
Network Spinal
Network Spinal (NS), formerly known as Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), is an evidence-based, gentle-touch chiropractic approach that seeks to improve nervous system function, reduce stress, and promote "reorganizational healing."
Rather than directly manipulating vertebrae, practitioners apply light, precise contacts at specific points along the spine — known as "spinal gateways" — to cue the brain to create new, healthier, and more adaptable neural pathways. The approach recognizes that the body stores physical, emotional, and chemical stress as tension patterns in the spine and nervous system.
Over time, patients often develop a rhythmic undulating movement of the spine known as a "network wave." Studies at the University of Southern California and University of California, Irvine indicate these waves are associated with a higher level of organization in the nervous system, helping release stored tension and improve overall well-being.
How It Works
Shifting from Defense Physiology
The primary goal is to help the body transition from a "fight-or-flight" (defensive/stressed) state to a state of "ease" — where healing and growth can occur naturally. When the nervous system is locked in defense, it cannot efficiently heal, grow, or adapt.
The "Spinal Wave"
The network wave is an observable, undulating movement of the spine and body, induced by gentle, precise chiropractic contacts, which acts as a Central Pattern Generator (CPG) to release stored tension. Research, including a 2,800-patient study at UC Irvine, correlates this wave with improved physical, emotional, and overall quality of life.
Reorganizational Healing
Unlike conventional care that often focuses only on symptom reduction, NS seeks to teach the nervous system to recognize tension and self-correct, facilitating long-term self-healing. The body learns to use its own resources more efficiently.
The Journey
Three Phases of Network Spinal Care
Phase 1: Discover
Releasing Stored Tension
In this initial phase, the practitioner applies gentle contacts to help the nervous system become aware of areas where tension and stress are being stored. The body begins to develop new strategies for releasing these patterns.
Phase 2: Transform
Building New Strategies
As care progresses, the spine begins to develop a rhythmic, wave-like motion — the Network Wave. This wave is a sign that the nervous system is reorganizing and creating healthier patterns. Patients often report increased energy, emotional clarity, and deeper body awareness.
Phase 3: Awaken
Living at a Higher Level
In the most advanced phase, the body has developed such refined self-awareness that it can use stressors as fuel for growth. Patients experience a profound connection between their body, mind, and spirit — and often describe feeling more fully alive.

Traditional Methods
Chiropractic Care
In addition to Network Spinal, we offer a full range of traditional chiropractic adjusting methods. Our clinic blends gentle, low-force techniques with hands-on structural adjustments to get results tailored to your specific needs.
Since 1895, the philosophy of Chiropractic has remained a constant pillar rooted in fundamental principles of life, health, and healing. We are dedicated to the detection and correction of vertebral subluxation for the better expression of life.
A subluxation occurs when one or more vertebrae in the spine become misaligned, creating interference in the nervous system. This interference can affect the body's ability to function optimally, leading to a wide range of health concerns — from pain and stiffness to reduced energy and compromised immune function.
Techniques We Offer
Diversified
The most commonly used chiropractic technique. Involves manual, high-velocity, low-amplitude thrusts to restore proper movement and alignment to the spine.
Gonstead
A precise, hands-on technique that uses specific analysis to identify and correct subluxations with targeted adjustments.
Activator Method
A gentle, instrument-assisted technique that delivers a controlled, low-force impulse to the spine. Ideal for those who prefer a lighter approach.
Upper Cervical
Focused on the critical junction between the skull and the top vertebrae. Precise corrections here can have far-reaching effects throughout the body.
Extremity Adjusting
Addressing joints beyond the spine — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles — to restore full-body function.
Webster Technique
A specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment for pregnant women, supporting optimal pelvic alignment.

Awareness Practice
Somato-Respiratory Integration
Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a companion practice to Network Spinal that uses focused breathing, movement, and touch to help you connect with your body's rhythms and wisdom.
SRI exercises are designed to help you develop greater body awareness, process stored emotions, and actively participate in your own healing journey. Each exercise corresponds to a different stage of healing — from suffering and polarization to integration and community.
By practicing SRI between visits, you amplify the benefits of your chiropractic care and develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with your body. It's a powerful tool for anyone seeking to live more fully in their body and their life.
