What to Know Before Your First Visit
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and complete any intake paperwork. We want you to feel relaxed and unhurried.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to lie face down on the table. Avoid thick belts, heavy jewelry, or restrictive clothing.
Come with an open mind — our approach may be different from what you've experienced before. We'll take the time to explain everything and answer your questions.
Your first visit will include a thorough consultation, spinal and nervous system assessment, and your first entrainment (adjustment). Plan for approximately 45–60 minutes.
